In 1994 GFE started in Poland to introduce Quality Management and ISO 9000ff preparation for certification. Meanwhile many Polish, but even more Lithuanian and Latvian companies requested the services of GFE to introduce Quality Management. More than 30 companies have been certified since.

Quality Management in
Latvia
On its way into the European Union Latvian companies are keen to fulfill quality standards of the EU. Since 1997 GFE helps major Latvian companies to introduce quality management and get the ISO 9000ff Certificate. GFE prepares certification. A co-operation with TÜV-Baltic in Riga with GFE facilities the Certification itself, realized by TÜV-Baltic. German KfW finances and co-finances many of these activities |

Shoe Industry in Eastern Europe
In countries as Slovakia, Czech Republic, Lithuania or even Kyrgyzstan GFE became one of top consultants for the shoe manufacturing industry. All companies focus the world- and EU markets. Quality Management, ISO 9000 Certification have been some of the subjects needed, to make these companies fit for the international competition. Poland
In 1994 GFE started to introduce Quality Management, linked to the preparation of the ISO 9000ff certification in Poland. One of GFEs´largest clients was DROBEX-HEINTZ Cie, a large food processing company, that focused the European market and need the certification. As DROBEX company, many other Polish companies followed that example and asked GFE QM consulting. GFE brought in a German Transform Funding, handled by KfW. |
